In a business development case, we assign a team that works closely and interactively with the customer over a period of 2-16 weeks depending on the complexity of the challenge


In an Operational Excellence project we typically spend 6-10 weeks in the analysis phase, assessing and validating the potentials for process and governance improvements as well as quality enhancements and cost savings. We dedicate a small team within the customer´s organization during 4-12 months of implementation,  providing hands-on implementation support until the potentials are fully captured and the results are sustainable and lasting
