In our Business Advisory Services work we typically engage in developing strategies for growth regarding the overall strategy or for a well-defined business case. We also act as sounding board to the CEO to drive strategy development and business acceleration

 

Our Transaction Services include pre-transaction services including developing acquisition strategies, performing pre-acquisition evaluations and commercial due diligences. We also provide post acquisition services such as development of the overall value creation agenda/business plan and supporting the divestment process at the point of exit.
